Placement Policy/Procedure

<ol>
	<li>The Academy will provide suitable applicant/s using our extensive database and advertising media. Such advertising will in no way compromise the identity of your company.</li>
	<li>All applicants CV’s will be screened and checked, interviewed and specific skills will be tested/verified if needed. Only once this process is complete will the applicant’s profile be published.</li>
	<li>Should applicants show interest in your available position, an email notification will be sent to us which in turn will notify you.</li>
	<li>In the event that an applicant referred to you is successful in gaining employment, our consultant may make contact with you fromm time to time so as to assess the applicant's progress and/or any other related business.</li>
	<li>Our terms and conditions of placement are set out in the Terms & Conditions page.</li>
	<li>It should be noted that in the case of temporary or permanent placements, the candidates employment contract is with the client and not The Academy.</li>

Terms & Conditions of Use of Site

Below are the terms and conditions under which you may use this site. 'User' shall refer to the person or program accessing this site. 'website' shall refer to the recruitment module. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, then please refrain from using this website.

Terms & Conditions of Placements

	<li>The use of this website is free of charge.</li>
	<li>Any placement resulting herefrom shall be subject to the conditions stated herein unless specifically varied by the parties in writing. In these conditions, words importing one gender shall include the other gender, words importing the singular shall include the plural (and vice versa), and words importing a natural person shall include a juristic person (and vise versa).</li>
	<li>No relaxation or indulgence granted to the client by The Academy, at any time, shall be deemed to be a waiver of any of The Academy rights in terms hereof, and such relaxation or indulgence shall not be deemed a novation of any of the terms and conditions set out herein, or create any estoppel against The Academy.</li>
	<li>Whilst The Academy shall endevour to do everything reasonably possible to ensure that applicants are of the highest calibre, it shall not be liable to the client for any loss, damage, liability, claim, expense or penalty sustained by the client arising directly or indirectly from any act or omission by any applicant placed at the client.</li>
